Whitney May

Director of Agent Administration

Whitney ensures that you begin your career with Pearson Smith Realty on the right foot. From onboarding to licensing and overall agent support – you are in good hands! Transferring to a new brokerage or getting started in the industry can be an overwhelming but exciting time. Whitney is here to provide you with a seamless experience and the tools you need to be successful at PSR.

Whitney is a native of Wichita, Kansas but has called Loudoun County, Virginia, her home for over 25 years. She earned an Associate degree from Northern Virginia Community College and currently attends the University of Virginia (Go HOOS!). Whitney enjoys time with family and friends, attending Washington Nationals games, playing golf, and volunteering with her daughter’s softball team.

Teresa Sobecki

Teresa Sobecki was born and raised in Northern Virginia. She grew up in Reston and has lived in Leesburg. Teresa currently resides in Ashburn with her two teenagers. Teresa extensive knowledge only compliments her outstanding level of service. Additionally, she is known for her strong negotiating skills, honesty, and timely response to each of her clients needs or concerns. This has allowed Teresa to gain a strong referral-based business from past and present clients that she hopes will continue to grow.

Kevin Hastings

A Northern Virginia native, Kevin graduated from Briar Woods High School of Ashburn and received his college degree from Virginia Tech. Coming from a family of seven—he has learned to be quite outgoing and motivated. He is an outdoors guy, preferring hiking or skydiving to watching movies and sleeping in. Enjoying to stay busy, he’s driven by the satisfaction he receives from making others happy – He places a great deal of importance on his family, friends, and clients, striving to make every relationship and transaction as simple and rewarding as possible.

Anthony Pearson

Office Supervisor

Anthony was born and raised in Prince William county where he played Quarterback for Stonewall Jackson High and graduated in 2011. At 17 he was a sales associate at sears for three years and then was promoted to then sales manager for another three years. He is a big family man and always has a great time when he is able to get together with his family. On December 31st, 2015 he became a father to an awesome little man who is always on the move and keeping him active. He is a huge sports fan and is always rooting for the home team unless it’s college basketball (Go Duke).
