Theresa Bohn

Theresa Bohn began her career in Virginia real estate in 2006 after holding positions in marketing and advertising for various area corporations. She has been a resident of Leesburg since 1991, having moved here from Northern California where she sold real estate in the San Francisco Bay Area for many years.

Theresa truly believes in the American dream of home ownership and loves to help others achieve that goal. She is a firm believer that carefully listening to the needs of her clients is an essential key to successfully helping them. She works diligently to get transactions completed correctly and on time, and strives to see that her clients are happy with the end result. Theresa is also a Short-sale Specialist and chose to enter that specialized field in order to help those homeowners who got caught up in the economic downturn.
Additionally, Theresa is active in fundraising for the Loudoun County Cat Coalition, and also fosters homeless animals. Whenever she finds a free moment, she spends time on the local golf courses, or in her art studio working on her oil paintings.
