Tara Campbell Lussier

As a third-generation DC-based realtor, Tara doesn’t remember a time when she wasn’t immersed in the real estate industry. Some of her earliest childhood memories are going to work with her grandmother at her Montogomery County, MD real estate office. Her mother, Kimberly, has been a top-producing Northern VA realtor for more than 30 years, and her late father, Hop, owned mortgage companies in McLean and Herndon, VA, where she was raised.

A serial entrepreneur, Tara has owned two companies prior to her real estate career; a vibrant doula practice that supported over 300 families through childbirth, and a family-benefits tech venture that helped working parents stay in the workforce. Both prior careers helped solidify her passion to help people during major life transitions – becoming a parent – and now, purchasing homes.

Tara is thrilled to partner with her mother in real estate to blend her background in entrepreneurialism and technology to position Campbell Realty Group as the premier real estate group for you and your family.

Outside of real estate, Tara enjoys yoga, running, and travel, but mostly spending time with her husband and four active children in beautiful Purcellville, VA.

Tara has been named both a Loudoun 40 Under 40 honoree and a DC Power Woman of Tech by DCA. Tara’s professional accomplishments have been featured on WTOP 103.5 and in the Washington Business Journal, Huffington Post, Northern Virginia Magazine, Loudoun Now, and several other local publications.
