Born and raised in Northern Virginia, growing up in a historic home that my family built in Alexandria over 100 years ago-still in family hands! I have been servicing Virginia, Maryland, and DC in the Community Association Management field for 16+ years, working with Condos, HOAs, Co-Ops, and commercial condos, managing them in all aspects. I’ve worked in almost all counties and have an eye for real estate. I know about HOAs and neighborhoods you may not know even exist!

I am well-versed in contract negotiations and have a heart for customer service. Managing full Associations with 600+ homes and over 1200 owners/residents takes customer service, knowledge, and skill!

I am excited to focus on real estate in an individual aspect, helping clients buy/sell their homes and be a part of their “first” chapter or move on to their “next” chapter!

Fun fact- I negotiated the purchase of my own house, received an amazing amount of credit, and the best part about it all is how much my dogs and kids love their new space!

In my free time, I like to soak up as much time with my family as I can. I volunteer and am active on the PTA for my kids’ school.
