Kim Smith

Kim Smith is the owner and transaction expert of Your Trusted TC.  She started Your Trusted TC in April of 2019 and is thrilled to work with each and every agent that she supports.  She has been a part of the real estate community since 2002 when she started as the Business Development Director for the Dulles Area Association of Realtors.  Since then she served as a Director of Operations for a real estate team for six years.  Kim is a Virginia native hailing from the Tidewater area and made her way to James Madison University where she graduated and also met her husband.  They have 2 wonderful daughters and currently live in the charming town of Leesburg, VA.  In her free time Kim loves enjoying the lovely local wineries that Loudoun County as well as the wonderful local restaurants that Downtown Leesburg has to offer.  She’s even certified in wine education and served as a tasting room manager for a few years.  Her new favorite past time this year that she uses to clear her head is going on walks while listening to her favorite music and also discovering new music.
