Justin Prompovitch

I began my career in real estate as a settlement agent in 2003.  Over the years, I’ve completed thousands of closings that include residential, commercial, land, and short-sale deals. In March 2022, I obtained my Virginia real estate license and joined Pearson Smith Realty.

During my first year, I helped over a dozen clients find new homes, several of them first-time homeowners! I also assisted clients relocating from out of state with virtual home tours.

My experience as a settlement agent allows me to guide clients throughout the entire home buying or selling process, from introduction to closing and beyond.
