Since graduating from Langley High School, Gail chose to remain a life-long resident of Northern Virginia. Gail’s time here has allowed her to strengthen her knowledge of the local market as well as enable her to compile lengthy lists of buyers, sellers, contractors, loan officers and title attorneys, all of which greatly benefit her clients.

Gail has an extensive track record of successfully navigating sellers, buyers and investors through hundreds of transactions. Gail’s industry leading performance can be found in her ability to sell homes fast and at full price. During her 10+ years as a realtor, on average, her clients sell their homes in less than 14 days at 99% of list price.  Additionally, Gail’s performance has consistently placed in the top 1% of realtors nationwide.  Combining expert pricing skills, a keen eye and talent for staging, data from the MRIS and other sites, continuous discussions with clients and realtors, Gail uniquely provides a value in real estate that is hard to beat.

Giving back to the community continues to drive Gail’s passion. These are on display in her years of service as a Board member of the Department of Pediatrics, Medstar Georgetown University Hospital, the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, Reston Swim Team Association, and Flint Hill School.

When not working, Gail enjoys spending time with her children, dogs, and anything outdoors. To stay mentally and physically healthy, she loves hiking the Appalachian Trail, taking Pilates classes with her friends, and spending time with her toes in the sand.
