Flori Loren

Flori Loren grew up in Caracas, Venezuela. An early entrance to college at 16 y.o., she attended Universidad Metropolitana in her native city. Acceptance to University of Bridgeport, CT brought her to the United States where she earned her BS in English and a certification in English Language.

After raising two children, she enjoyed work in Social Services with her last assignment of five years with the Loudoun County Government Department of Family Services. She transitioned into Real Estate sales and management in 2005 as a new member of Mike Wagner’s Next Level Team. First she acted as a buyer’s agent and eventually became Managing Realtor and part owner. She has held this position for nine years while the team was affiliated with Keller Williams Realty Greater Loudoun. Flori and the team were very excited to make the move to Pearson Smith Realty early in 2015. “I am really excited about all of the high end services we can now provide our clients as part of the Pearson Smith group. It is really an awesome opportunity to get in on the ground floor of the next best thing in Real Estate!”.

Some previous activities include a position as Chair of “Hispanic Business Outreach” at the Loudoun County Chamber of Commerce and becoming a Fitness Professional with a “Crossfit Level 1″ certification. She has resided in Leesburg, VA since 1999 and simply loves it here. Knowing the area well and being part of the current social scene keeps Flori busy – you might find her networking with other professionals at any number of events or sharing a glass of wine with friends at one of the many Loudoun County wineries. Her hobbies are fitness/nutrition, traveling, cuisine, outdoor activities and helping people with their Real Estate needs!
