Doug got his first hands-on experience with real estate working for several years as a Loan officer and then ventured out on his own and built custom homes before he became an agent. The job taught him early on how to work with experts in every trade, and to keep clients happy with creative problem-solving. Doug’s varied and hands-on experiences as a loan officer, builder, investor, and marketer have all combined to make him an extraordinary realtor, helping his clients achieve their individual goals.His energetic determination and knowledge of the local housing market keep him on the front lines of the real estate scene. As a young homeowner himself at the age of 23, Doug knows firsthand the benefits of owning your own place but also understands the concerns that young buyers may have. He enjoys the excitement of working with first-time buyers and sellers and helping them realize their real estate dreams.

Doug is from Maryland and has resided in Berkeley county for the past 12 years. When not working with clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and cheering on his children at their sporting events.
