David Gray

David is a native of Prince William County and takes great pride in the place he calls home. His intimate knowledge of the area and his experiences of having lived in Northern Virginia most of his life, spark enthusiasm and a desire to share his knowledge with his clients. He is a friendly and personable real estate agent who provides excellent customer service and a commitment to work hard.

With 16 years of sales and marketing experience, David has become accustomed to setting standards, increasing them, and achieving goals each year. In his early 20’s he founded a promotional marketing company, which was very successful, before turning to real estate. Now, seven years later, David’s success in real estate speaks for itself as he continues to make his clients happy and the industry better.

As one of the county’s top selling agents and the founder of Gray Realty Group, David is regarded as an industry innovator. He has paired his work and generosity with SPARK (Supporting Partnerships and Resources for Kids), the education foundation of Prince William County Schools that provides programs and initiatives to schools, by offering a rebate program to teachers, first responders, and other public servants. David participates in a variety of community events and often sponsors events throughout Prince William County. He was selected as Sales Associate of the Year in 2018 by the Prince William Association of Realtors and he is currently serving on the 2019 Board of Directors for the Association. With over $67 million in sales, David has an unmatched devotion to clients and an unparalleled desire to succeed.

David is a devoted husband and father of three boys who enjoys spending time with family, playing basketball, and cheering on his beloved Washington Capitals.
