Cholina Donovan

Cholina Donovan is a longtime Northern Virginia resident and mother of three. With more than two decades in the CPA field, she has been fortunate enough to follow a new adventure and build on her professional knowledge and interests.

As a result of her previous accounting experience, Cholina understands the financial questions that may arise as a buyer/seller and is eager to assist where possible. She wishes to secure the best financial move for her clients, and her fondness of working with numbers carries over well in accomplishing that objective. Her strong work ethic, professionalism and genuine desire to help the client serves as the core of her real estate goals.

Originally raised in the Philippines, Cholina has called Northern Virginia home since 1985—which has allowed her to witness many of the changes within this region. Since then, she has lived within Loudoun County and Prince William County—currently residing in Ashburn. In her spare time, she enjoys playing ping pong, traveling, keeping up to date on financial literature, and volunteering with her local church group.
