Bryan Newby

Bryan Newby was born in Bremerhaven, Germany, the son of a US Army officer. He had the great opportunity to travel the world at a young age, experiencing different cultures and developing a love for architecture. This love translated into establishing a career in Real Estate sales and management.

Starting in high school and through his early adult life, he played a vital role in several start-ups ranging from Talent Management to Early Childhood Education. During this time he embraced and tailored his entrepreneurial spirit. In 2014, he accepted a position working in partnership with Zalco Realty, a leading real estate service firm. His responsibilities consist of Project, Facility, Financial and Community Management for 43 condominium buildings in North Arlington, Virginia. Bryan holds a CMCA® (Certified Manager of Community Associations) designation and has a strong working knowledge of Community Associations which will be of tremendous use to his clients buying and or selling in HOAs or Condo Association communities.

He has lived in Fairfax, VA since 2000 and is happy to call it home. Some of his hobbies are cycling, outdoor activities, traveling, and helping people feel great about their Real Estate decisions. “What made me excited to join Pearson Smith is their shared understanding of the importance of providing the best level of service, so every client that comes through the door can make the best decision for them.”

Bryan’s motto has and always will be – Prior proper planning prevents poor performance. People please prepare yourselves. “I want my clients to say that I made sure they were informed, that I helped them plan accordingly, and I worked until they were completely satisfied with the place they call home.”
