Bill is a lifetime resident in the Northern Virginia region with a passion for helping others. His tireless work ethic, loyalty, honesty, and integrity are a few qualities that bring clients to put their trust in him. These personal values and qualities are the very reasons Bill enjoyed a 23 year career in the National Football League building world premier organizations including the Dallas Cowboys, Carolina Panthers, and our very own hometown team here in Washington. Bill’s growing passion for real estate began when he started investing in rental properties early in his NFL career while managing his own properties in Fairfax, Fauquier, Prince William, and even Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
Bill enjoys supporting young buyers and rental property investors who appreciate his perseverance and dedication he has for finding just the right property for each family and investor. During Bill’s free time, he volunteers by providing training opportunities to the Mid Atlantic’s finest youth wrestlers while exposing them to national and international level coaches right here in Virginia at his personal facility.
Bill’s graduate studies were in Education at Indiana University and he completed his undergraduate work at Old Dominion University where he married the former Mariela Tatiana Araujo, a lifelong educator within the public school system. The couple have 2 teenage boys and are active in the diverse community they call home.

We absolutely love Bill! We contacted him when we were searching for a new townhouse to rent. He spent day and night helping us find the perfect place. We toured probably 25 townhouses (not even kidding) and we finally found the one we love. My Wife, Son and I were looking for somewhere to rent on a tight budget with two dogs. Bill heard our needs, concerns, and what we were looking for. Within a week Bill had a list of houses all catered to our needs, within two weeks he had us in a house that we absolutely love. He found us a three bed three bath house under budget, in the area we wanted. He stayed on top of the management company everyday for a week because he knew we loved the house and wanted to get in it before anyone else could. He got it locked down for us and now my little boy and dogs have a yard to play in and we have a house we can grow into.
