Ben is the founder of Ben Heisler Homes and has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry. Starting as an office assistant for a real estate team, Ben learned every detail of the business and understood that customer service was the key to success! Having worked his way up in the industry, Ben went into real estate sales full time over 11 years ago and has consistently ranked as one of the top agents in his market. He has focused on customer service and that has allowed him to build a business where over 80% of his transactions are repeat clients or referrals. In the past three years, Ben has sold over 140 homes with a volume totaling approximately $69 million. Ben has been a resident of Loudoun County for 17 years, and when not working, he enjoys spending time with wife Shannon and their two children.
