I grew up in the real estate industry, working for my father in his company from the time I was old enough to drive, and have always enjoyed buying and investing in properties. I have over 20 years’ experience in the corporate world managing large healthcare accounts, working with diverse clients and leading complex negotiations. I completed my MBA in Strategy and Marketing from Southern Methodist University, and have utilized many of my lessons in my own businesses.
As the owner of Story Design House, a handmade and vintage furnishings company, I have had the opportunity to help people design or find the perfect piece of furniture, lighting, or decor to make their house a home. The most important connections I get to make, however, are between home buyers and sellers – building the relationships that enable my clients to create their stories of home. Whether moving up or moving on, a home is typically your biggest financial asset, and more importantly, a place to nurture and grow your family and your future.
Although I was born and raised in Texas, I have fallen in love with Northern Virginia – with it’s history, culture, and natural beauty. My husband and I own and live on a Christmas tree farm in Loudoun County with our four kids, a dog, a rabbit, and 13 chickens. I specialize in rural, farm, historic properties and acreage communities. I understand the unique complexities associated with rural properties and can help you smoothly navigate the buying or selling process. I am committed to utilizing my local knowledge, business skills, and design background to serve you during these major decisions and transitions.
Whether maximizing the marketing of your home to realize the highest value or searching for your next home in the country, I look forward to helping you write your story.
